Best Price Guarantee

We work very closely with our vendors to ensure we get the best prices and to pass that benefit to you. We guarantee that you will not be able to get a lower price for the service from any other affiliate or directly from the vendor itself. For example if you select Bluedart courier, we guarantee that you will not get a better price for Bluedart courier with Door pickup facility from any other agency in India.

If you do get a lower price and can provide relevant proof of the same via a formal quotation we will refund you one and a half times the difference.

 

Declaration of Weight and Dimensions

It is important to enter accurate weight to avoid delays in transit. If the actual weight measured by the vendor varies by more than 500 gms you will be charged a penalty or your shipment may be undelivered.

Inaccurate dimensions will also result in a similar penalty as freight is transported on a volumetric basis, meaning if the parcel size is larger than the actual weight, volumetric charges apply as an industry standard.

Delays in Transit

We select the best, most reliable and reputed carriers available in India who have a track record for good customer service, on-time deliveries and reliability.

On rare occasions delays in transit do occur. You will be able to track this on the carrier website from the live tracking link provided. If you notice any unusual delays such as the parcel in a single location for more than 2 days you may contact the carrier directly with your Shipment Tracking / Airwaybill Number or you may contact us to escalate the matter and get the same resolved.

Guaranteed Door Delivery

The service we are providing ensures that we pick up the item from the location provided by you and deliver to the destination address. We do a thorough check of the pickup and delivery feasibility by means of the pincode obtained from you.

If the pincodes are correct – the final say of which lies with the carriers, we will ensure your item is delivered. If for any reason delivery is not possible your entire amount will be refunded and the item returned to you, or alternatively shipped by another carrier at our expense. A differential fee may be charged only if the mode of delivery changes from surface to air.

If for any reason the carrier refuses delivery of your consignment and asks the consignee to collect the same, kindly inform us of the same immediately so we can escalate the matter and provide a suitable solution.

How does the pickup process work?

Once we receive your order, we register your pickup within 1 hr with the respective carriers. The usual cut off for same day pickups is 12pm.

After the pickup is received by the carrier they will attempt the pickup between 3pm and 7pm depending on the availability of field agents. They will definitely call you before attempting pickup.

If the pickup does not happen the same day, we will make one more attempt to reschedule the pickup for the next day. The pickup window will be the same 3pm-7pm time frame.

If your pickups do not happen within 2 business days, we will refund your entire amount or reschedule the pickup if you desire with another carrier.

Loss or Damage of Goods

We select our partners based on their reputation for delivery. In several years of being in the logistics space we have not had any situations of loss, while damages do seldom occur.

You can avoid damage by packing your item securely, do not leave any space for movement of your goods or items within the box or packaging. Provide additional packaging such as bubble wrap if your item is fragile and mark your item externally with a Fragile sticker.

As part of a standard industry policy your shipments are insured for rs.100/- and in extreme lapse of service our liability is limited to the entire shipment amount received from you. It is not advisable to ship valuable items.

However if you wish to purchase additional insurance this is a service that we offer with select carriers and can provide a separate invoice for the same.

Online Tracking

Once your item is picked up by the carrier selected, they will most likely provide you an Airway bill. This airway bill will have a tracking number which will be trackable directly on the carriers website.

Please allow up to 24hrs after pickup for the status to be updated on the website. We will also be sending you an email with the live tracking link after receiving the confirmed pickup information from the carrier.

You will also be able to view the tracking link in My Account section of our website.

Refund Guarantee

If for any reason you change your mind about your order or our service before the pickup process is initiated we will issue you a full refund after receiving a formal request via email.

You will not be able to claim a refund after the pickup is initiated by the carrier unless there is a fault at our end or a dissatisfaction with regards to the service provided.

Restricted and Prohibited items

The following items are banned by most couriers:

Animals / Animal skins / Furs / Any Animal Parts / Ivory and ivory products
Aerosol cans / Sprays
Airbag modules
Batteries (except dry cell)
Biological samples
Vehicle parts / External bodywork (including bumpers, bonnets and scooter frames)
Explosives / Fireworks / Christmas crackers
Ceramic / Marble / China / Stone / Resin / Porcelain / Pottery (or any item containing these materials)
Currency of any kind (including money, negotiable items, stamps, event tickets, lottery tickets & payment cards)
Dry ice
Drugs & medicines (including prescription)
Any part containing or having contained oil, unless flushed through
Environmental waste
Filth or foul smelling materials.
Fire extinguishers / Life jackets
Fishing rods
Frames (without glass)
Furniture (unless flat-packed)
Glass items (including lamps & mirrors)
Infectious substances
Jewellery (including watches)
